Returns/Refunds/Exchange
Returns
Items must be returned/received within 14 days of date received. If more than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded.
Additional non-returnable/non-reimbursed items:
- Any item that has been sublimated: ONLY NON USED NON SUBLIMATED ITEMS are eligible for store credit.
- Shipping
- Downloadable files and or images
- Decals and/or Printed Images
- Customized Products
- Discontinued and/or Clearance Items
- Glitters and/or Inks
- Used Products
To complete your return, we require an email describing the problem with your order and a Return Authorization Number, which we will provide.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 days.
***Please note 3.5% will be deducted for the fees we paid for processing your payment as well as a 10% restocking fee on your returned items****
You will be responsible for return shipping to Twelve Bees.
Shipping is non-refundable
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with 10 days please contact your credit card company, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@twelvebeescustomdesigns.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refundeds. Sale items are final sales and no adjustments or credits will be given.
Cancellations of ANY order will incur a Restocking Fee of 10%.
Defects (if applicable)
Any replacement of defective items will issued in form of store credit. If you receive a defective product please send us an email along with pictures and/or video of the defect to: twelvebees@hotmail.com explaining the defect so we can determine if your item is eligible for store credit.
Shipping
All shipping fees for returns to Twelve Bees will fall on the shipper. Twelve Bees does pay return shipping unless it is deemed as an error of our own.
Claims
If your purchase was not received and a claim needs to be filed with the carrier, please allow time for a claim to be made with the shipping company and Twelvebees to resolve the claim with the shipper.
