Returns/Refunds

Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of date received. If more than 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Shipping 

- Downloadable files and or images 

- Decals and/or Printed Images

- Customized Products

- Discontinued and/or Clearance Items

- Glitters and/or Inks

- Used Products

To complete your return, we require an email describing the problem with your order and a Return Authorization Number, which we will provide.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 days.
***Please note 3.5% will be deducted for the fees we paid for processing your payment as well as a 10% restocking fee on your returned items****
You will be responsible for return shipping to Twelve Bees. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with 10 days please contact your credit card company, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@twelvebeescustomsupplies.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations of ANY order will incur a Restocking Fee of 10%.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at twelvebees@hotmail.com to determine if your item is eligible for exchange a Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you. The replacement will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Shipping
Once determined your damaged item is eligible for return a Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you. if the item is not defective you, the consumer, will be responsible for return shipping. 

If your  purchase was not received please allow time for a claim to be made with the shipping company and Twelvebees to resolve the claim with the shipper.
