Returns/Refunds/Exchange
All Sales are Final
You must notify us of defective product within 14 days of date received. If more than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with 10 days of our confirmation email please contact your credit card company, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are final sales and no adjustments or credits will be given.
Cancellations of ANY order will incur a Restocking Fee of 15% fee to cover our merchant fees for processing your transactions.
Defects (if applicable)
If you receive a defective product please send us an email along with pictures and/or video of the defect to: twelvebees@hotmail.com explaining the defect so we can determine if your item is eligible for credit.
Claims
If your purchase was not received and a claim needs to be filed, please file the claim with carrier you selected. Twelve Bees is not liable for lost or missing packages once the carrier acknowledges the parcel left our possession.
